Refund Policy

A confirmed failed generation returns its reserved video credit. An unknown or pending provider status remains under verification to avoid duplicate submissions and charges.

A returned video credit and a payment refund are separate actions. For an unused purchase, duplicate charge or other payment issue, open a support ticket with the order ID. Requests are reviewed against payment and usage records. A cash refund is complete only after the payment provider confirms it.
