For purchase, account and generation help, sign in and open your support tickets. Include the order or task ID and a short description. Keep passwords and payment-card details private.

Use the support center to track replies in one place. For a purchase made before registration, return in the same browser, sign in or create your account, then select “Refresh purchased videos” on the creation page. For a pending generation, include its task ID so support can check the existing request.
